
Christine G. Benedum practices law in the firm’s Mass Tort Unit. She holds specialties in Professional, General, and Products Liability. Before joining the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C., Ms. Benedum litigated defense cases for a large Philadelphia firm and obtained multiple defense verdicts at trial and arbitration in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.
During her early career, Ms. Benedum served as a law clerk to the Honorable C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. of the Court of Common Pleas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and placed as a Quarterfinalist in the 2005 National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition for brief writing. She has also earned a CALI Award for Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing.
Ms. Benedum graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in 1999, and earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University Law School in 2005.
Ms. Benedum is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
