David P. Eastlack

While attending Temple Law School's Evening Program, David P. Eastlack was employed for more than five years as a paralegal at the law firm of Hecker Brown Sherry and Johnson. While at that firm, he assisted a firm partner in all aspects of insurance–related litigation. His experience includes a strong emphasis on property subrogation matters and the preparation of insurance coverage opinions for property, environmental and general liability claims.

Mr. Eastlack joined the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C., when it opened in 1995. Since then, he has been actively involved in the firm's property subrogation practice. He has litigated hundreds of major property subrogation cases and presently chairs the firm's New Loss Department.

Mr. Eastlack is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Eastlack is also a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the National Association of Fire Investigators.

Mr. Eastlack graduated with honors from the University of Delaware in 1988. He graduated from the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training in 1989 and, in 1994, with Honors from Temple University School of Law.
