Daniel Hogan

In his three years practicing criminal law at the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, Daniel Hogan obtained extensive trial and appellate experience. He has successfully litigated thousands of felony criminal cases, including many jury trials. While assisting the appellate division, he drafted numerous post-conviction briefs.

Mr. Hogan joined the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C., in 2002. Since joining the firm he has successfully litigated many six and seven figure property subrogation and personal injury cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Hogan has also investigated and litigated multiple mass tort actions that have resulted in multi-million dollar recoveries for national property insurers.

Mr. Hogan graduated with honors in 1996 from Philadelphia University, formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. In 1999, he graduated from Temple University's Beasley School of Law with a 3.2 GPA.

Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Hogan and his Wife, Erinrose, a special education teacher, have four children.
