
While attending Rutgers University School of Law as a full-time student, Thomas Paolini worked for a law firm with special emphasis in civil litigation.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Paolini served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, doing research in criminal, chancery and civil matters. Mr. Paolini also assisted the Judiciary in several issues of first impression in dealing with Drug Court, Megan's Law and Election Law.
Mr. Paolini first joined the firm of Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C., in 1998. In 2000, Mr. Paolini left to join the firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr, and Solis-Cohen, LLP, to handle employment disputes, product liability and commercial matters. In April of 2003, Mr. Paolini rejoined the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C., to manage the firm's Berlin, New Jersey office.
Mr. Paolini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Rutgers University in 1993. In 1997, Mr. Paolini graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Paolini is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Camden County Bar Associations, the Camden/Burlington American Inn of Court, National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and is admitted to practice law in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Paolini coaches baseball and serves as Trustee for the Berlin Athletic Association and also coaches soccer as a volunteer for the Berlin Eastern Athletic Club. Mr. Paolini and his wife, Donna, have three children.
