
In February 1995, Mr. Stutman formed the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C. Since its inception, the firm has focused its practice on property subrogation matters.
Mr. Stutman is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and previously served on its Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Loss Executives Association (LEA). Mr. Stutman is a past-Chair of the American Bar Associations Trial Techniques Committee. He has been extensively involved in the ABA and NASP as an officer, lecturer and author.
Mr. Stutman is a Fellow of the Temple University Academy of Advocacy and is a member of several Bar Associations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, The Philadelphia Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association.
Mr. Stutman is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and the federal courts of the Western District of Michigan.
Mr. Stutman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College in 1985. He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and he was also the President of the Muhlenberg Student Court. In 1988, he graduated from Temple University School of Law.
Mr. Stutman is actively involved in the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP). He has brought suit against the U.S. Government and major institutions on behalf of indigent clients.
Mr. Stutman has helped raise funds and is also the U.S. liaison for Heartbeat, an organization based in South Africa that helps aid over 11,000 orphaned and vulnerable children. Additionally, Mr. Stutman actively supports the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance. This organization promotes healing and justice for child abuse victims in Philadelphia.
Mr. Stutman is married with two children.
