
Damien Zillas has significant trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States. At the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, Mr. Zillas litigates subrogation actions arising from building fires, flooding and water damage, and warehouse losses.
Mr. Zillas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Albany. After graduation, he worked as a business systems analyst for the State of New York before attending Temple University's Beasley School of Law, from which he earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2005. While studying at Temple, Mr. Zillas tutored high school kids in North Philadelphia, served as a law clerk, and participated on Temple's Moot Court Team.
Since graduating from Temple, Mr. Zillas has practiced as a litigator. He began his career representing manufacturers in products liability cases. He has also represented consumers in class actions and plaintiffs in professional negligence, automobile and premises liability cases.
Damien is licensed to practice law before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Appellate Court for the Third Circuit.
Damien lives in Narberth, Pennsylvania with his two sons, Lucian and Calder. A dedicated and competitive runner, Damien has raced a number of marathons and plans on running at least one in every state.
