Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DeWitt successfully handled complex commercial litigation cases that generated headlines in national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Forbes. Ms. DeWitt has significant litigation experience in a broad array of cases, including products liability, premises liability, personal injury actions, breaches of contract, toxic torts, and insurance coverage disputes.

Ms. DeWitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the nationally recognized trial advocacy program at Baylor Law School.

Ms. DeWitt is actively involved in Junior Achievement, an organization dedicated to ensuring the future success of children through education in entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

Brad Dowlin joined the Workers’ Compensation Subrogation practice group at Stutman Law in 2018 with significant experience representing insurance carriers and injured workers nationwide in complex civil litigation, including products liability cases, construction accidents, premises liability, and general negligence cases. Brad is well-versed in the state-specific workers’ compensation subrogation laws, and he has experience with all aspects of litigation from investigation to resolution. He has negotiated six-figure settlements in cases involving plane crashes, defective machinery, forklift accidents, and trench collapses, and he successfully defended a challenge to the validity of Arbitration Forums, Inc.’s special arbitration forum in the state of Wisconsin.

Brad earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2012, and he holds a B.A. in Communications from Penn State University (2009). While at Georgetown, Brad worked at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the Office of Engineering and Technology, where he helped promulgate regulations pertaining to implantable medical devices. He graduated from Radnor High School in 2005, where he earned the Union League of Philadelphia Good Citizenship Award. Currently, Brad resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their dog. The Dowlins are expecting their first child in September 2018.

Brad is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (2012), the State of New Jersey (2014), and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2013).
