Dirk Pastorick is an experienced litigator who joined Stutman Law in 2018. He has taken over as the head of Stutman Law’s Mass Tort Department.  Mr. Pastorick has extensive experience litigating high-value property subrogation matters and mass tort subrogation claims.  He coordinates forensic site inspections and destructive testing throughout the United States. Mr. Pastorick has also represented and advised clients in complex coverage disputes and the defense of third-party claims involving specialty and significant exposure liability matters.  He has considerable experience litigating matters involving product liability, employment liability, premises liability, fraternity/sorority liability, liquor liability, professional liability, construction defect, environmental, and bad faith claims under primary, excess, specialty and other coverages.
Mr. Pastorick has handled high-exposure, complex civil cases as well as precedent setting cases involving large-value claims and novel legal theories on a national level for insurers and insureds throughout the United States and in London.
Mr. Pastorick graduated with honors from Trinity College in 1990 with a degree in Economics, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1995.  He is admitted to practice before all courts in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Illinois; as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey; and the Third Circuit Courts of Appeals.  Mr. Pastorick has also been admitted to practice pro hoc vice in numerous state and federal courts around the country.
